Verica is part of Accelerace as Lead Venture Scout and Associate. ​Leading the identification and scanning of relevant pre-seed Nordic tech startups for Accelerace fund and doing screening meetings.

Additionally, Verica is also in charge of Accelerace's Corporate Matchmaking program, where she screens startups for the biggest Nordic corporates, including Tetra Pak, Per Aarsleff, NOME, Coop Invest, and others.​

​Previously Verica was in the role of Investor Relations Manager at Skåne Startups, helping international investors VCs and CVCs find deal flow from Southern Sweden. Worked closely with Sony Startup Acceleration Program Europe, led the Investor Database, which evaluated and researched co-investors in the AI, AR, and gaming sectors. Verica holds a M.sc. in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Lund University.​
