Anastasiya has extensive international background in corporate & open innovation and startup development, having worked as COO of a big European startup hub with the offices in Spain and Belarus. She was coordinating the strategic innovation projects with big corporates and developing startup acceleration programs.​

Anastasiya has great knowledge of international startup ecosystem, having organized and moderated startup events in Minsk, Madrid, Seoul, Bahrain, Istanbul etc. She was also curating innovation activities at two past editions of Frontiers Health conference in Finland / Spain / Italy.​

For the last two years Anastasiya is a part of Healthware Labs, innovation division of Healthware Group, managing digital health & innovation strategy projects for pharma and life science companies. She also leads startup due diligence activities for startups coming from diverse therapeutic areas.​
